Cosmetic Condition
The pump is in fair cosmetic condition. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.
It is missing one of the filters, which will need replacement.

No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship.
Testing
We tested the pump by plugging it in. It powers on and runs fine. We could feel a lot of air being pumped through the outlet side.
Without a filter installed there, the air would push out of the filter inlet instead of through a filter and out of the normal exhaust port.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. The pump is being sold as-is. We can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.
