Fits many of the Waters Alliance HPLC, UPLC systems with the integrated degasser module tray. Including most of the four-channel model 2690 and 2695 systems,  plus, if you remove the individual chambers from the bracket, the 4 chambers can be used individually in the five-channel 2790 and 2795 systems (though this set includes 4 channels, not 5). Most users with service training can easily replace defective vacuum chambers in their system with this module in less than 30 minutes.
*The included bracket fits the Alliance 2690/2695 series. Optionally, you can remove the bracket and use the four individual vacuum chambers with the Alliance 2790/2795 or DG2 series models.
Waters price is more than double what my asking price it. Save over one thousand dollars off the list price using this kit.
4-Channel Vacuum Chamber KIT to replace your leaking, contaminated vacuum chambers. This kit included 4 professionally refurbished WATERS brand factory vacuum chambers (0.5 ml volume each) installed in a factory Waters brand mounting bracket with new vacuum manifold tubing and two new sections of vacuum tubing (cut-to-length) to connect to your vacuum pump and vacuum sensor (on the PCB). These parts have been professionally serviced by an HPLC Service company with > 25 years experience servicing HPLC systems and Degasser modules. *The Waters Degasser Sparging Tray is NOT included, but shown for clarification only.
This convenient kit allows you to replace your original leaking or contaminated vacuum degasser chambers (P/N 289000622 or
700001218
Biocompatible chambers) as a "set" in your Waters brand Alliance 2690/2695 UPLC / HPLC system. Simply remove the three fasteners on your existing tray (two Torx screws hold the sides and one holds the bottom rear tab down) and swap out your assembly (*some of the oldest Alliance models had the bracket holder riveted in place. In that case, you can just swap out the individual vac chambers and tubing and leave the original bracket in place).
NOTES:
The Waters degasser sparging tray, vacuum pump, PCB, exhaust tubing and other related parts are NOT included.
To reduce the chances of contamination, we also include two sections of brand new vacuum tubing (see pictures) to make the connections to the existing vacuum pump and also the vacuum sensor.  *Installation requires that you follow all appropriate safety precautions and carefully slide out the Waters HPLC degasser solvent tray to access the chamber bracket which is usually directly behind the Gradient Proportioning Valve (GPV).
To maintain performance and reduce the chances of contaminating the existing system
, installation of a brand new vacuum pump is highly recommended (not included). Vacuum degasser pumps are considered normal maintenance items and under normal use, should be replaced/serviced every 4 to 5 years. If you install these clean chambers into a degasser system which has a damaged or contaminated vacuum pump (or lines), then the replacement vacuum chambers may be damaged and/or contaminated. This may result in mobile phase contamination and/or reduced lifetime of the chambers or even failure of the system. When replacing the vacuum chambers Always replace the vacuum pump and vacuum tubing at the same time.

Waters list price for just the four new vacuum chambers is over ,900, but my price is much lower for this professionally refurbished group.
