Vintage Maxwell, London Riding Equestrian Boot Trees & Leather Boots Provenance

We are selling a very fine impressive pair of Maxwell, London wood and brass riding boot trees. Each brass plate on the top of the boot trees is engraved in bold letters MAXWELL LONDON along with the name of the owner; LIEUT. B. PETTIT. The trees were custom made for the Lieutenant. Would be a great addition for a riders own hunt boots. Very heavy boot trees which appear to be hand made. They are accompanied with a vintage pair of Biltrite equestrian riding hunt boots in a very dry well worn condition with nylon bottoms. HA! If not used, the boots and trees are great decorative pieces.
