The white vest has a yellow print lining, red knit flower detail at the closure and is tagged. The tag has fraying on both sides. The outfit is missing the chain belt with flower but the belt loops on the dress are still intact.

    This is vintage Barbie's fun Important Investment dress and vest #1482.  The green knit dress is clean with no stains or odor.  The button loop is missing in the back.  The white vest has a yellow print lining, red knit flower detail at the closure and is tagged.  The tag has fraying on both sides. The outfit is missing the chain belt with flower but the belt loops are still intact on the dress.
