Right, like that would ever happen!!  This super glamorous outfit is made of unforgettable fiery red and glittering gold brocade, with luxurious cuffs and hat of real fur.   This dress and coat are clean and beautiful, the hat is quite nice, the red velvet clutch looks great, and the jewelry is in very good condition.  This

This outfit includes brocade coat and sheath dress, fur hat, white gloves, red velvet clutch, handkerchief, pearl necklace, pearl post earrings, and brown open toe mules.  The clear plastic dress form is also included.
The #6 Blonde Ponytail is only modeling, and she and the Kaiser doll stand are not included in this sale.
Please note I can only ship this to the U.S., as I've had problems with items with real fur getting confiscated by customs.
I don't rate anything as "Mint" unless I've just removed it from its original packaging.  I've collected vintage Barbie for 30+ years, and I scrutinize items I sell on eBay.  If you have a question that I haven't answered in my description, please ask me.  I'm selling a large vintage Barbie collection on eBay, so you may want to save me as a seller.
The brocade of the coat and dress is very nice; there is little wear to the fabric, and the fabric has good body to it.  The coat could use a little steaming or light press.  The coat's fur cuffs are nice and soft, and not dried out.  The coat's satin lining is clean, but has faded to a tomato soup color from age.  The dress' zipper works great.  The hat has a soft band of fur, and still has the intact wire inside the hatband.   I will note that that there some wear to the edge of the fur skin right behind the pearl trim, where the
fur's skin
edge seems a little dry and aged.  But the fur is well attached to the hatband, and not pulling away, see pic #5.  (Molded hair Midge is only modeling the hat and not included in this sale).  The hat's pearls still have luster and shine, but they are an aged ivory color, not white.  The red velvet clutch looks quite good with hardly any wear to the velvet; and the clutch is clean with the silver button and loop closure.  Both white gloves are slightly off white (my camera over exposes white items), and one glove has a small "pick" on one side, but no holes or runs.   The glove with the pick has a "good side" that can be displayed "up", and the gloves should display nicely.  The pearl necklace shows some corrosion on the loop and hook ends, but the pearls look pretty nice.   The 2 pearl post earrings look pretty shiny on their ends, though the shiny coating has some wear around the bottom of the pearl on both earrings.  One earring's pearl is very slightly larger than the other one, (it's the earring with the shorter post); but the difference is so small, it won't be noticeable on display.  The tiny handkerchief is very clean and looks great; it has a little crease from being folded, so you might want to iron it.  The brown mules are marked Japan on the bottom of one, and don't have any splits.
