Vintage Barbie #1645 Golden Glory Dress and Coat TLC

One of Barbie’s mid ‘60’s outfits is “Golden
Glory”— a golden brocade long gown with a matching evening coat. This outfit needs a bit of TLC that I can’t give it—I’m hoping a collector will love it...the long evening coat is in excellent condition—clean and beautiful—but a portion of the real fur collar needs to be reattached. The coat has the Barbie label at the neck. The dress is clean and the zipper works smoothly but there is fraying on the bodice—it causes a split in the fabric—this will be covered by the green crepe scarf/belt when on a doll. The scarf, though, has stains at both ends. I’m hoping a collector with more know how and patience than I have will take the challenge of making this beautiful outfit more beautiful again.
