Use to plug tie rod hole leaks in a poured concrete basement. If you searched eBay for this item, you know why you need it. I purchased a 4-count from Amazon, and only needed one. I was skeptical but it worked for me. You'll also need to buy hydraulic cement after plugging the tie rod hole. A drill with 5/8" masonry bit may be required to push TRX in far enough.
