They do not appear to have been worn, as can be seen by their soles.  They could possibly have been tried on, and stored. There is some storage and handling wear including scuffs that could lend itself well to carefree usage.  And a l
eather strap over a snap enclosure is not whole.
These boots, with tags, are ready to accompany you on your equestrian adventures and look chic and stylish while doing so.
