Sergio Grasso Tall Boots - Dress Boots - 40 +2/US Size 9.
Beautiful brand new tall riding boots, made in Italy, never worn, only tried on.  These turned out to be just a bit wide for my calf (see pictured measurements and size chart for details), but are otherwise absolutely perfect, so they should make someone very happy.  The leather is substantial but not stiff, seems like they will break in nicely and be very comfortable and supportive while still looking sharp.
