How to use: AS PIC SHOW
Step 1: Loosen the fasteners of the calf and foot straps. Pass the foot through the calf strap so that the support is on the top of the foot.
Step 2: Adjust the position of the support so that the calf strap is about 2 inches above the ankle bone.
Adjust the calf strap from both sides to make it firm and comfortable.
Step 3: Place the wide part of the foot strap under the sole of the foot. Attach the fastener at the wider end of the foot strap to the top of
the support. Pull the toes up, wrap the remaining straps around the feet, and fasten the fasteners.
