Selling as-is. We do not have the power outlet to test the unit at our facility. From visual inspection, there is no apparent damage or broken pieces. We are not familiar with how to open the lid to check for rotors. All of our items come only with what is pictured or described in the description. Manuals, cables, power cords, accessories, etc are not included unless pictured or noted in the description.  Note: Used items may show signs of prior use - scuffs, scratches, tape residue, staining, etc. Items are not tested for any analytical application, we don't run any tests at our facility and repairs may be required.
