For our primary shipping method, we use FedEx and USPS. We ship from our warehouse in California. All shipping and handling charges must be paid in advance and they are never refunded. The shipping amount listed above is estimated for the 48 Contiguous United States.  If you are ordering outside of the lower 48 United States, please contact us to get an estimate for shipping and handling.
If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 7 days.  For a proper return process, the returned item(s) must be in its original condition and sent back with a note of information including the item number, buyer's name, and reason for return. The refund will be done through the original payment method. A 30% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs are not refundable.
