PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This new system is based on the new Multivar mhr Next variator, which, combined with the other components, allows to achieve truly unique performances!
Half pulley
:
Increased external diameter (186 mm, +3 mm compared to the original),
recalculated angle (13 °)
diamond processing on the sliding surface to allow a greater range of shifting!
Technical features Variator Multivar 2000 mhr NEXT:
- Shift range further widened, especially the short gear.
-Improved shifting linearity throughout the phase
- Black hard anodizing treatment
-Rolls sliding ramp modified to allow a greater linearity of operation in order to maintain the maximum power regime
-Sliding bushing in ground hardened steel
-Hub in ground chromed case-hardened steel
-New monolithic rollers in even more performing material
-Supplied with two different series of rollers and two shims that allow you to vary the speed of the shift curve of your scooter, perfectly adjusting speed and pickup.
NB: if the Ventilvar is combined with the Multivar 2000 Malossi mhr
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE the shim supplied in the kit, as the belt would hit the crankcase.
