This doll looks new to me, she has a tag.  I don't know if she came any different than she is pictured.  She is numbered, part of a limited edition, I do not know her name, or even what year she is from.  If you lay her leg flat, I would say she is 20" from bottom of foot to top of head.
She is in excellent shape, no stains, smells or shelf wear.  Great looking baby doll ready to be loved.
