    You are buying a used Garwood 30,000 pound Winch, Model 4M718.  These were off the military track vehicle, that were hardly used.  They have rust on them with cosmetic damage, and the cable is sold "as scrap" if any.  Internally, the gear and bearings maybe rusty.  The winches are sold "as is, for parts or rebuilding". Shipping is 950 pounds truck freight at buyer's expense.
