We recommend replacing the flow restrictor each time the RO membrane is changed.

Typical % rejection, based on TDS, is 95-98%. We guarantee the membranes to be authentic Filmtec membranes, manufactured in the USA. To verify authenticity download the Dupont Water App from the App store. Scan the membrane. The scan will authenticate the membrane and provide the membrane serial number. The membrane serial number and date of purchase are required for any warranty claim filed with Dow Filmtec.
