There are multiple numbers on this valve. I have 3 of these valves for sale so you may not get the exact one pictured but they are all the same just have dust and rust in different spots.
The orange color is a plastic protective piece that is covering the threads on the valve.
Condition:
Has not been used or tested so unable guarantee if it works but handle on top does turn but it is stiff. Does have rust spots, dust, and dirt.
