Unit for sale as pictured.
Includes projector unit, remote with power supply, and calibration tool. Has a 4 pin can cable for plugging into a digital phoropter junction box to make a refracting system. Or can be used on its own with the included remote.

Item is in good cosmetic condition and would look good in a patient environment. Screen has minor scratching that doesn't interfere with patient testing.
This unit has the ability to make a small exam room into a long exam room. Optically the patient sees an image around 20 feet away, even when the unit is 5 feet away. (my cell phone couldn't focus past the unit, that's why the C in the chart looks blurry. Its actually crystal clear, but 20 feet away and the camera is focused for 5 feet away)
I put this in a closet several years ago thinking I would use it again. Instead I am cleaning out the closet. I tested the item today and it works great. Only thing that isn't working as new, is the remote. The remote works when powered by the power supply plug in, but won't work with batteries. I think the battery contacts have corrosion from leaky batteries.
I will pack it well with plenty of padding and protection so it arrives to the buyer in the same condition it leaves my office.
Unit is very heavy, shipping will likely be high. If you are close you can pick it up in person.
