This hat is from the 1973 Best Buy set #8691.  It came with a red polka dot skirt, wide-legged red polka dot pants, and a white blouse with a red flower decoration.  The hat is in excellent condition.  The edging around the brim is the same red polka dot material that the skirt and pants are made of.  There are no stains or discolorations, and no holes or tears.
