Everything is in excellent condition with no stains, no yellowing or other discolorations, and no holes or tears.  No wrinkles. This cotton print is a very light powdery blue, not a bright blue.  The flowers on the bottom ruffle are a very light color also.  I have looked at photos of this outfit NRFB, and from what I can tell, I think the fabric was this light-colored originally.  I don't think the fabric has faded.  The elastic in the skirt is still in great shape, springy.  The outfit does not seem to show much wear.
The shoes are Mattel white pilgrim shoes, also in excellent condition.
