This Medical Grade Premium Back Support is made from high quality breathable neoprene (aeroprene) which provides constant uniform compression and support. . The customizable compression allows you to adjust the level of compression where you need it most.

Instructions for use:
Wrap around affected area and only tighten until comfortable, do not restrict blood-flow.
To achieve the maximum benefit, lie down on your back, take a deep breath in and tighten the belt around your waist. This method might not be suitable for all individuals. Applying the belt, make sure that middle back part of the belt is spaced exactly in the middle of your spine. Belt can be worn from 2 hours up to 12 hours a day, depending on doctor's recommendations. Never wear overnight or while asleep.

Wash gently with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm or cold water. Do not wring or twist. Rinse until water is clear. Roll in towel to remove excess moisture. Dry away from heat and sunlight.

Refund will be offered in the unlikely event that the description is completely different to the goods you receive.
We are happy to exchange item for another size. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  If the item is faulty notification must be made to us within 48 hours of purchase.  A full refund of the item purchased
will be issued  when we have received the item unworn, undamaged with all labels attached and with the purchase receipt and in its original sealed packaging. All postage costs involved in exchanges are at the buyer`s expense.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
