Description
The single greatest investment in your RO system, to improve overall performance, is a booster pump. Supply water pressure is single greatest factor in determining water production rate, RO storage tank fill rate, and brine:permeate ratio. Installation of a booster pump will improve all of the aforementioned measures of system performance.Supply water pressure 70-80 psi
Increase water production rate by as much as 20-50%
Improve RO tank fill rate by as much as 400%
Decrease brine water to drain by as much as 80%
Extend membrane life
