It was not postally used and does not include a stamp.
Back is marked " United Art Publishing Co, New York City (Printed in Germany)".
It is a hand colored print and also says Made in Germany under stamp box.

It is in great old vintage condition with light soiling, tiny corner tip fold,
and some edge and corner tip wear
as shown.
