Instructions:
1. Wear the portable in the correct way. For beginners, you can wear it according to the mirror, adjust the size of the neck circumference, and fix the front, upper and middle two Velcro buttons to suit people with different neck circumferences (see picture).
2. Please tighten the air release nut before inflating the air ball.
3. Inflate with an inflatable ball until the patient feels the strength is appropriate and the symptoms are relieved.
4. At least 2-3 times a day for at least 30 minutes each time.
5. After use, loosen the air release nut and release air slowly.
Use Note:
1. Tighten the nut before inflating, pay special attention to pressing the rubber gasket against the vent hole, and do not turn the gasket upside down. After charging, move the control valve on the long tube slightly upward to prevent slow deflation.
2. When deflated, push the control blade back and loosen the air-filled handball nut.
3. When not in use for a long time, do not release the gas in the inner tank, and put it in a cool place to better maintain the latex inner tank.
