This listing comprises the following:

Will also include a power cord for each unit, and also comes with LAN cables and serial cable shown in pictures. If it's not pictured, it's not included.
CONDITION:
Used, with minor cosmetic wear. All units power on. We are unable to test for full functionality, but we're assured this was a working system when pulled from service.
PLEASE NOTE:
All of these units have tamper-evident stickers affixed to them in multiple locations of the metal housing panel. See for example pic #12. It's unfortunate that we need to resort to these measures, but we have had bad experiences with dishonest buyers opening up devices and swapping out good parts for bad and then returning it. To prevent fraudulent returns, any evidence of tampering or removal of those stickers will completely void the return policy.

Shipping
This item requires freight shipping and may have a 2-5 day handling time. Please email for a shipping quote, and be sure to include your full address, whether it is business or residential, and whether you have a dock, or if a lift-gate will be needed at the delivery address. We only ship to verified addresses. The address associated with your eBay account MUST match the delivery address, or we cannot ship.
Alternatively, local pick-up may also be available upon request at a mutually agreeable time and place. There will still be a handling fee if you need it crated / palletized. For pick-up, buyer must be prepared with the ebay-generated QR code used to verify that the hand-off took place. We WILL NOT let an item go without scanning the QR code - no exceptions. If you are not familiar with this process, please contact ebay customer support to learn more about it.

To initiate a return:
1. Determine that the item was not damaged during transit. We make every effort to pack items safely and securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipment. Although rare, unfortunately it can still be mishandled. If your item was damaged in shipment,
contact us immediately upon receipt!
Shipping damage is not the same as a “not as described” issue and is handled differently. We will work with you to initiate a damage claim with the carrier right away. It is critically important that you document the damage with pictures, and save the item along with all packaging material, as the carrier may wish to physically inspect the damage. A delay in initiating the claim, discarding the item and/or packaging, or simply returning the item, can all jeopardize the chances of having the claim favorably resolved and receiving a full refund.
2. Ship the item back within the allowable return time frame after receiving the item.
3. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were originally sent.**
If the above conditions are met you will receive a refund for the purchase price and original shipping cost for "not as described" items.
Please note: if you opt to pay extra for an Express shipping service, your refund will NOT include the premium cost for this service. You will only be refunded the amount that regular ground shipping would have cost.
In cases of buyer's remorse (changed mind, misread listing, ordered wrong part / color /size etc.), buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Similarly, if an item is returned because of an issue with delivery (e.g. incorrect address provided or otherwise undeliverable), original shipping costs will not be refunded, any return shipping costs charged to seller will be deducted from any refund.
