    Description

Agilent 1100 HPLC - Cannabis Ready
    Item Details
    Complete
system with control computer, mobile phase and high pressure lines, interconnect cables, and appropriate column for cannabis testing. Turn key and ready to run, just add solvents and your samples!
    Features:
For most laboratories, the number of samples keeps rising, while available space, instruments and personnel remain the same. The Agilent 1100 Series HPLC provides an answer to this challenge. This system is designed for quick startup, automated validation, ease of use, fast chromatography and automated data transfer to save you time without demanding more space or resources.
The Agilent 1100 Series system with high pressure gradient pump speeds throughput by a factor of five or more. High precision and instrument-to-instrument reproducibility eliminate analysis rework and speed up method transfer
The simple-to-use graphical user interface and online tutorial minimize training costs. The interface enables system setup in minutes. Operation is intuitive with
    click-on, easy-to-identify icons, and
a color-coded system display that shows the progress of an analysis.
    Cannabis Potency Testing:
    39 States have legalized the
    use of
medical marijuana and more than ten states have legalized it recreationally, in a variety of forms. Assessing this new agricultural product is made difficult by the diversity of cannabinoids that can exhibit varying psychotropic effects. For example, MA regulations require the percent by weight of THC, THCa, CBD, and CBDa in the flower to be determined before sale.
With the included method developed by Agilent, you will be able to detect at least 7 more cannabinoids including CBDV, THCV, CBG, CBGA, THCA-A, CBC, and
    Λ
8-THC. Whether you are seeking state certification, or want to operate an intelligent growing operation with high quality and reproducible feedback, this system will meet those needs.
This HPLC comes fully plumbed with a
brand new Agilent Poroshell EC-C18 column
ready for use with instructions for cannabis potency testing.
*Testing method based off Agilent Release Note, Food Testing and Agriculture, "Dedicated cannabinoid potency testing in cannabis or hemp..."

    G1330A ALSTherm Sample Chiller
The HP Agilent 1100 HPLC G1330A ALS Therm controls temperature for either HPLCs or fraction collectors. The ALS thermostat contains Peltier-controlled heat exchangers. A fan draws air from the area above the sample vial tray of the autosampler and is then blown through the fins of the cooling/heating module. There it is cooled or heated according to the temperature setting. The thermostatted air enters the autosampler through a recess underneath the specially-designed sample tray. The air is then distributed evenly through the sample tray ensuring effective temperature control, regardless of how many vials are in the tray.
    G1316A Thermostatted Column Compartment
    w/ Agilent PoroShell EC-C18 Column
The G1316A thermosstatted column compartment is built with two heat exchangers for solvent pre-heating, automated column identification module and CAN cable.
    G1322A Degasser
The Agilent 1100 HPLC G1322A Degasser provides fast and easy flushing, purging, priming, and solvent exchange by low internal volume (1 ml per channel). This degasser, with less internal flow restrictions than other models, is a perfect fit for applications and solvents with higher flow rates. The G1322A’s robust design allows high instrument uptime, with solvents passing through a gas-permeable membrane tube with a constant vacuum level.
