The unit did not come with batteries like the description stated. Will any type of rechargeable battery work? Will the power adapter recharge them?

Q:
A customer wrote in his/her review that this machine can't weigh under 10 grams nor weigh in increments of 1 gram. Is it true?
A:
It says in the specs that the accuracy variance is .02lb. This would be about 10 grams. The scale is not designed to weigh 1 gram. It is fine for lbs/oz/kilos. It does show grams but the accuracy will be within 10 grams. If you want 1 gram accuracy then you need a different scale. I would suggest a gold/silver scale NT… see more

Where do i find the little replacement plate for the bottom?

If I understand the question properly, the small plastic plate is one of the three parts of the (my guess) security system (plate, wire cable, metal locking bolt) for commercial use scale. These three parts were in a small zip-lock storage bag tucked within the larger zip-lock storage bag holding the operating manual.… see more
