    Description

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-3501 B/A epoxy adhesive is a two-part room temperature curable epoxy, consisting of base and accelerator, which is mixed in 1:1 ratio for better results. This liquid adhesive has a strong mercaptan odored part-A in black and an epoxy odored part-B in white. It has a flash point greater than or equal to 200 degrees F for part-A and greater than or equal to 250 degrees F for part-B. The adhesive has a density of 1.4 grams per milliliter for part-A and 1.5 grams per milliliter for part-B. It comes with a vapor pressure rating less than or equal to 27 psia for part-A/B. This product has a viscosity greater than or equal to 50,000 centipoises for part-B. It takes a curing time of 12 hours with a service temperature rating of 60 to 80 degrees F. This thick formulated adhesive having a shear strength of 2030 psi, comes in a 50-milliliter duo-pack cartridge. It should be applied on surface within 6 to 10 minutes from mixing to ensure better positioning and adjustment prior to setting.
Provide the highest strength at an elevated temperature and the most chemical resistance of all 3M Adhesives.
