DESCRIPTION: “Ocean City Municipal Museum, Maryland.  Built in 1878 as the U.S. Lifesaving Station.  Served as U.S. Coast Guard Station from 1915-1964.  Originally located at Caroline and the Boardwalk, moved in 1978 to the inlet end of the Boardwalk.  It is now operated and maintained by the Ocean City Museum Society.”
