#1879 VINTAGE BARBIE " LET'S HAVE A BALL " OUTFIT ~ JACKET AND DRESS ~ NICE

Description

The jacket is in good condition with bright colors,  nice white soft fur,  NO open seams, nice white lining with the arm holes easy to get the fingers in the sleeves  with the thread a little pulled but still in tack.  The gold trim around the jacket cuffs is very nice and on the back of the jacket in the middle is a white thread  showing   on the material ~ so at some time the white satin hem has been re attached with ONE thread showing.   The dress  is in good condition,  both hooks attached on the back of the dress and someone has used  THREAD  for loops on the otherside.   The darts on the .dress are in tack  with some  of the netting around the arm holes pulled a little on the left bottom arm hole and needs re sewn a couple stitches.   ONLY the gold " accent " is around the waist is there with  attachments missing around the waist.   The sheer overlay has nice bright colors  with  hem in tack and a couple of holes in the sheer material ~       The white stain under skirt is very nice with stitching in place with the inside  of the material frayed  and " pushed" out ward over the in tack hem stitches.  In the back  where the sheer material is turned wrong side out  you can see the " seam " of the sheer material has been red sew  up to the waist.   Lastly the white satin material in the  front has blue fading   in a few places ~
